  • 25 SIA athletes have been recruited to play either Division I, II or III athletics in college over the past 5 years.
  • Sophia D. ’19 became the 2018-2019 Jaques Award winner, given to the top female high school basketball player on Staten Island. This was Sophia's second consecutive year winning this coveted award, which has now gone to a member of the SIA Girls Varsity Basketball Team for the last 5 years (Corinn B. ’16 in 2015 and 2016; Clare M. ’17 in 2017).
