The Last 5 Classes

Academy students leave our halls and go on, for example, to study Biology at Cornell, sing and dance on stage at Wagner College, study English literature at Vassar, or pursue Engineering at Princeton.

Acceptances (Class of 2018)

  • 40% of all applications to colleges in the Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “Most Competitive” category resulted in acceptances.
  • 62% of all applications to colleges in the Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “Highly Competitive” category resulted in acceptances.
  • 82% of all applications to colleges in the Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “Very Competitive” category resulted in acceptances.

Matriculations

  • 39% of all graduates from 2014-2018 matriculated at colleges in the top (Most Competitive) category of Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “College Admission Selector.”
  • 60% of all graduates from 2014-2018 matriculated at colleges in the top two (Most Competitive and Highly Competitive) categories of Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “College Admission Selector.”
  • 86% of all graduates from 2014-2018 matriculated at colleges in the top three (Most Competitive, Highly Competitive, Very Competitive) categories of Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges “College Admission Selector.”
