The Academy campus is open from 7AM-7PM on official school days.

All Upper School students -- many of whom are participating in extracurricular activities and team sports -- are permitted on campus once they sign-in with the Upper School Office. For students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8, the Academy offers “Extended Day.”

Extended Day Before School
Extended Day is a free service (it’s included in tuition) that allows students to arrive on campus as early as 7AM. For students in Pre-K through Grade 4, breakfast takes place from 7AM-7:45AM, after which students are escorted to their classrooms where they ready for the school day. Students in Grades 5-8 may visit the Commons (dining hall) to purchase breakfast before the school day begins.

Extended Day After School
After school, Extended Day begins at dismissal and ends at 7PM. Quiet homework time is available along with indoor and outdoor activities. All students will have the opportunity to purchase a snack on campus.

How It Works
All students are welcome at Extended Day. Parents must send a written request to the student’s classroom teacher or call the Lower School or Middle School office no later than 2:30PM if they wish their child to attend Extended Day.
