March 22, 2007 ( Staten Island, NY) – Staten Island Academy is hosting its 31 st annual auction at The Vanderbilt at South Beach on April 21. The theme is “Staten Island Academy Awards.”

The night will begin at 6 PM with light supper, cocktails and a silent auction, which will feature hundreds of items ranging in price from $10 to $2,000. At 8:30 PM, the live auction will begin, and guests will have the opportunity to bid on 20-25 “priceless” items, such as one-of-a-kind experiences or services and extraordinary vacations.

We want to thank the many members of the Academy community who have worked diligently to ensure the success of this exciting fundraising event, which helps to support the school’s operations. Staten Island Academy , located on a lush 12-acre campus, is a college-preparatory day school for Grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12 with an average class size of 17. The Academy is composed of seven buildings, including a gymnasium and fitness center, theater and state-of-the-art computer facilities.
