How does the Academy use YouTube?
Staten Island Academy uses YouTube to display and share its annual School Video. We also have a private video portal on ROAR! available to parents, students, teachers, and staff to post videos that they have themselves uploaded to YouTube (or Vimeo.com or Veoh.com, two other useful online video services).
Why would I want to visit your YouTube page?
Visit the YouTube page to see this year’s School Video. It’s great!

Who manages the YouTube page for the school?
The Academy YouTube page is managed by Dolores Hayes, Chair of the Computer Science and Technology Department. The Academy’s private video portal on ROAR! is managed by the student and faculty staff of The Quill.
Great Tip
YouTube videos can be “embedded” on any Web page. All you have to do is go to the page that the video is on, copy the “Embed Code,” and insert that into the HTML code on your website or blog. |
