"The student/teacher ratio couldn't be beat. It was great to be able to have that ability to walk into any teacher's office and get the advice, tutoring, or guidance that we needed when we needed it. The AP program, too, was a huge help come freshman year at college. Many high schools have AP programs, but combined with the availability of teachers, the program at the Academy is all the more worth while. "The Academy let me really become who I am today. I came to the school in Middle School shy, quiet, and scared to speak up, and I left after seven years at the Academy as a confident man. I took every lesson I ever learned in those halls with me to Harvard, and they echo in my mind today in business meetings and work settings.
