Here is a quick glance at some of their most recent successes on the courts and fields:

• The Academy Girls Basketball Team won the NYSAISAA championship in 2011.

• The Academy Girls Basketball Team won the ACIS league championship and playoff championship in 2009-10.
  
• The Academy Girls Soccer Team won the PSAA league championship and playoff championship in 2009.
  
• The Academy Boys Soccer Team was ACIS and PSAA league Playoff Champion in 2009.
  
• The Academy Boys Tennis Team is the Staten Island Tennis League Champion and Playoff Champion, and ACIS League Champion. The team was undefeated with 21 wins in 2009 and 20 wins in 2010!
  
• The Academy Girls Varsity Basketball Teams has been selected for the NYSAIS State Tournament in each of the past three years.
  
• The Academy Golf Team held league and playoff titles in 2007 and 2008. First singles player qualified for the NYSAIS select team that played in the NY State Federation Tournament.
• Two of our graduates are currently playing Division I sports at college -- one playing soccer at Davidson College and the other playing JV basketball and crew at Harvard University.
  
• Eighteen students were recruited to play sports in college, in either Division I, II, or III athletics.
• Eight Academy players were selected as Staten Island Advance All-Stars in 2009-10.
